Từ lúc remodel căn nhà năm 2007 tới giờ thì cái front và backyard bỏ mặc luôn cho đến năm 2017 thì mới đụng tới . Kêu người estimate thì thấy mắc quá cho nên quyết định tự làm lấy . Project làm đúng 3 tháng và 2 vợ chồng tự làm lấy . Xin khoe với mọi người . Mặc dù nhìn không professional nhưng rất hài long vì save lots of money :-)

Building the patio
1) stake the perimeter for bụilding the border
2) Finish grading and border
3) Running electrical conduit
4) Planning the pattern for patio bricks
5) Level with sand
6) Putting Brock paver base (see right side). This paver base made by high density polypropylene and can takes place of 5 bags of sand, so for the leveling with sand, I only need 1 inch of sand instead of 4-5 inches.
7) Laying the paver bricks
8) Grout in with sand and low gloss seal . Patio paver section is finish. Now on to the planters on both sides of the steps

Artificial grass - 15 ft x 17 ft
Before
1) Excavating 7-8 cu yard of dirt
2) now put back in 3 ton of drainage rock and 2 ton of crushed granite, level and compact
3) built the half-circle planter
4) lay out the grass and rough cut
5) Nail, sand in-fill and done
Next onto putting the finish touch
