Thanks all, mình có gọi Asiana Airline để xin free hotel mà nó không cho. Thôi kệ sãn đi tour luôn cho biết HQ ra sao.

Đi tour xong về lại airport lên lầu 4 có chổ tắm có đủ loại giường đánh 1 giấc :-) cùng tầng này, lại quầy của asiana lấy meal voucher luôn làm một bữa thịnh soạn trước khi đi :))

Yes, đã lắm .   chuẩn bị tâm lý 75% chuyến bay của anh sẽ bị delay thêm vài tiếng nữa :)) :)) :))

Kinh nghiệm bản thân tệ hơn asiana về service, có thể chỉ 1 time incident :-)

mình chọn layover nhiều hours mới có cái giá rẻ, đâu phải tại hãng máy bay
nên vụ cho free hotel thì coi lại

ghé Nhật thì họ bắt mướn hotel rồi họ stamp cho cái visa pass mới ra ngoài được, xe bus đưa về tận hotel, giá là 70$ / đêm....hồi đó có chọn chuyến layover 9 hours, cũng định một công đôi chuyện, ghé Nhật chơi, chứ bay thẳng một mạch nó còn mệt hơn là bay layover nhiều hours.....nhưng tính ra vẫn không kịp thời gian làm gì cả, ra ăn uống đi loanh quanh hết giờ

với lại layover thường là vào ban đêm, đâu còn mấy chỗ mở cửa cho tham quan, chưa tính đi train đi bus rất mất thời gian

Ở seoul with asiana, kinh nghiệm nè:

1 lần opla chọn hotel , free
1 lần chọn tour, free
1 lần chọn layover 1 tiếng 30 phút và đương nhiên giá mắc hơn layover 8 hay 10 tiếng ... , kết quả 1st máy bay bị delay 5 tiếng rưỡi thành ra layover 12 tiếng mới có chuyến thứ 2 để đi tiếp , 2nd flight bị delay thêm 5 tiếng nữa  , tổng cộng chuyến bay add thêm ít nhất 22 tiếng unexpected :-)

Mấy lần kia thuở xa xưa, đi với asiana rất khá , không có vấn đề gì, dạo sau này giá vé rẽ tỹ lệ thuận với máy bay tới trễ và dịch vụ cũng o như trước .

Lúc trước có chọn layover, họ cho đi chơi Seoul đã lắm. Chỉ có cặp kia còn trẻ thì về ks.

Cần update lại chứ mấy cái FREE này xưa quá rồi, hiện nay không có kiểu ưu đãi đó nữa .  Airlines chỉ FREE mấy thứ này khi họ có lỗi như máy bay bị delay hay overbook .   Nếu layover hơn 12 tiếng thì cứ điền cái custom form rồi ra ngoài take tour bus hoặc tự mình lấy mua vé bus về thành phố nào mà tụi ngoại quốc hay bu tới thì sẽ cho nhiều trò vui , xong canh giờ nhảy lên bus về lại Airport .  Hệ thống xe bus của Korea rất hiện đại và đúng giờ ,  các bảng hướng dẫn cũng rất rõ ràng .  Còn nếu thắc mắc gì thì hỏi mấy tên ngoại quốc ở Airport, tụi nó rành 6 câu, hỏi là tụi nó chỉ chổ nào nên đi tham quan, chổ nào nên đến, nên lấy bus nào là tụi nó chỉ cho , tụi nó còn rành hơn nhiều dân địa phương nữa đó  .  Hành lý xách tay có thể gởi ở locker tại Airport , ngay chổ mình transit hay đi ra khỏi boot custom cũng có locker,   tiền fee bỏ vô locker cũng rẻ và tụi Korean làm ăn minh bạch, có camera khắp nơi nên không lo mất đồ như locker ở VN 


Còn nếu làm biếng không muốn ra ngoài thì từ hành lang nơi transit thì có thể đi thang máy lên 1 tầng, nơi đó có chổ ngủ ghế nêm xa lông dài, rất thoải mái và có cả máy computers để mình vào internet xem email, chat, hay vào vcf tán dóc .  Nói chung Seou Airport là một trông những the best airport hiện nay , nó vượt qua khá xa Narita Airport của đám Nhật lùn

When Online Reservation is fully booked

 

I’m sorry that I cannot make additional reservation when the online reservation is fully booked. However, you still have a chance to join our tour. You can register for the transit tours off-line when you arrive in Korea. We receive the reservation via on-line and off-line in half. But it is "first come, first served" basis so please come to the main desk as soon as possible.

                                                          

 

Main Desk Location

 

After the immigration, you can find our main desk on the 1^st floor between outgoing gate 8 and 9. If you are not sure how to get there, you can see our support desk (2^nd and 3^rd floor) before immigration. They will let you know available tours and how to get the main desk.

                         

 

Terms and conditions

It is recommended that participants should have a minimum of one hour prior to the tour start time and boarding time of your flight.

All tour programsare conducted by English speaking guide.

Tour programs are subject to change without pre-notification due to the inevitable situation.

All tour programs are free except 8 am Seoul city tour 1 and 10am Seoul city tour3. The cost will be $10 or \10,000 per person for the coverage of the meal and the entrance fee of the Royal palace.

 

 

Eligibility for transit tour

 

1. The transit tour is for the transit passenger who has same day connecting flight from third countries to other third countries within 24 hours. If you stay more than 24 hours in Korea, you can't join the transit tour.

2. The transit passengers must be eligible to enter Korea.

3. The passengers do not need visa to enter Korea under bilateral visa agreement or visa waiver program.

4. The passengers should always ensure beforehand that your passport is not an exempt country, as some countries are not allowed to have in-transit passengers.

    

   *You need to check your VISA for the tour*

    ※ If immigration Bureau refused your entry, you can’t participate the free transit tour.

Mấy cái này cũ quá rồi, hiện nay Asiana hay Korean Airlines không có offer FREE hotel cho "involunteer layover" nữa  .  Gọi Airlines đi rồi họ sẽ nói cho mà nghe :)
