Có ace nào thử vừa lái xe vừa nấu ăn với nồi IP chưa?
Tui mới mua nồi IP DUO SV ở Costco. Hôm giờ thử Sous Vide mất 3-4 hours. Đang nghỉ cách mua loại bình gắm trong xe vừa đi đường vừa nấu SV-;)
Có ai thử chưa? Mua loại bình nào?

Không có "bình" nào chịu nổi cái nồi IP vài tiếng đồng hồ đâu anh, trừ khi anh dùng máy phát điện gắn trên nóc xe!

Chỉ có RV setup mới chịu nổi nếu xe không có built-in AC inverter:
  1. solar panel + deep cycle/lithium battery bank + power inverter
  2. RV class propane generator

Nếu Viethai có Hybrid hoặc regular gas car with 120V outlet, check wattage output xem có handle nổi.
Thường thì 120V/120W, nhưng có package option tới 120V/1,500W. Chiếc xe is the generator.

Tự nhiên nghỉ ra vụ này:? bị lái xe 4-5 tiếng dịp lễ Labor và nấu Sous Vide chỉ lên nhiệt độ 140 F, giữ nhiệt độ này 3-4 tiếng cho đến khi mình đem ra thử thôi.

Theo manual thì Lexus R450h 12V outlet max 12V/10A (120V/100W), không đủ xức kéo cho IP.

I would not use power inverter. Too much strain on the car battery. 
Easiest way is to cook the meat a head of time and then use one of these 12V hot lunchbox to keep the meat hot for long trip

Make sure you have at least 20/30A fuse 12v outlet to use the hot lunchbox.
If exiting outlet wire gauge can handle, change out existing fuse to 20/30A fuse.

According to Lexus manual, there's an available 30A fuse not often used:

-;) chỉ vì cục thịt bò mà ra nông nổi. Sú vai sú viết. Trong đây chắc hầu hết ace đã thử món Sous Vide. Hôm qua nói chuyện với người bạn bên Pháp cãi nhau cũng vụ Sous Vide . Cô này là dân chơi Paris lấy chồng Pháp nói bên Pháp chưa bao giờ nghe nói món Sous Vide-;). Mình lên giọng vậy là em chưa biết không tin hỏi ông chồng Pháp thử -;))) nói qua lại cổ giận đâu khi gởi link tiếng Pháp cho cổ đọc thấy gốc của món thịt bò Sous Vide từ Pháp mà ra .
Quái đãng là dân ngay bên Pháp lại không rành bằng dân Mỹ dzàng -;)

Định làm cái generator bằng cái small gas engine (50cc) kéo cái 12v DC generator và dùng power inverter để ra 120V AC
Nếu mình xài 2 cái 1500W bắt parallel thì có được 3000W hông?

Cái idea của VH chắc cũng phải hậu bán thế kỷ XXI may ra mới có người nghĩ và phát minh ra được , chứ lúc này với kungflus thì các nhà phát minh chưa có sáng kiến đem ra ứng dụng và xài đâu , vì o3biden đang tính còn bịt mõm và tiếp tục nhốt trong nhà một thời gian dài nữa + với trốn dưới basement nên tối thiểu là hơn 30 yrs nữa nha , mà lúc đó VH cũng còn lái xe đi bụi được mà há kkkkkkkkkkkkk
